Ukrainian stocks did well on Thursday in London and Kyiv, Warsaw less so

KYIV, Dec 14, 2017 – Ukrainian stocks fail to establish any trend on Thursday. Concorde provides more in its daily market comment below:


Ukrainian equities remained cold in Warsaw and warm in Kyiv on Thursday, Dec. 14. The WIG Ukraine Index of Warsaw-traded stocks declined 0.4%, extending its cold streak to five sessions at a 2.7% loss. It was pulled down by dairy producer Milkiland (MLK PW), which plunged 9.0%. In London, iron ore miner and pellet maker Ferrexpo (FXPO LN) climbed 0.7%. The Ukrainian Exchange (UX) Index of Kyiv-traded stocks improved 0.6%, extending its win streak to six sessions at a 2.2% gain.
