This year, 36 young people from Ukraine received Erasmus+ scholarships to study at European universities. On 7 July, the European Union Delegation to Ukraine organised an information session for the students to help them prepare for their education programme in Europe.

The Ukrainian students will join the other 1,345 students from around the world who also won the opportunity to study in Europe, said the EU Delegation to Ukraine on its Facebook page.

Young people from Ukraine will study at prestigious universities in Austria, the United Kingdom, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. According to the rules of the Erasmus+ programme, students of Master and PhD programmes will study at the universities of at least two countries. In addition to the subjects they have chosen to study, the students will also study the languages and cultures of their host countries.
