Final approval of the new AIDS Law gives both state and private sector valuable tools in the fight to bring HIV / AIDS under control in Ukraine.

Combining recognized best practices from around the world and unique features to deal with HIV / AIDS issues peculiar to Ukraine, the new draft law approved by the parliament should allow an improved and reinvigorated effort to rid Ukraine of its place as the most AIDS –ridden country in Europe
