Russia claims it engages in “information warfare”. The civilized world says the Russia engages in disinformation and outright lies. The OSW weighs in with its assessment.
“Not sure that Poroshenko can or will be willing to deliver on much of this [the Putin] agenda and particularly after this landslide victory.”
No election activity was held in Luhansk and Donetsk managed only limited voting success. However, exit polling suggests Poroshenko could receive more than 55% of the total votes cast today.
“Appeals from the Donbas Battalion to the ATO leadership didn’t bring any results. There were promises to send the armored vehicles and rescue aircraft, but ultimately no assistance was given.”
